TERMS & CONDITIONS, SPECIFIC FOR HOLIDAY & HEALTH PACKAGES:

• The packages are only available with breakfast or half-board (breakfast + lunch). Dinner service is only available for patients booking the full rehabilitation programs.
• According to the package purchased, guests will be assigned a wristband that will allow access to the services included.
• Therapy (individual and group) takes place on weekdays only. Failure to enjoy therapy one day does not allow for double session another day.
• Changes of therapy schedule is under exceptional circumstances only.
• To formalize the booking, we require payment of 50% of the invoice total (through bank transfer or with card/cash at the Reception). The remaining amount must be paid at check-in (cash or card).
• Smoking is prohibited everywhere in Clinica Vintersol.
• Guests with Holiday & Health packages are not able to purchase assistance. These programs are designed for individuals that have independence in performance of daily life activities.
• Rooms with sea view are very limited in number and therefore we recommend booking several months in advance.
• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
• Requests to stay in a specific room cannot be guaranteed in any case and will always be subject to availability. The Vintersol Clinic administration has discretion to make the final decision regarding this decision.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS, SPECIFIC FOR HOLIDAY & HEALTH PACKAGES:

• Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel in writing (email).
• Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice: free of charge.
• Cancellations done between 14 to 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Cancellation done with less than 2 days’ notice until arrival date: 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• We recommend that you buy travel and/or medical insurance to cover any possible mishaps that may arise. We also recommend that you buy cancellation insurance, if you wish to minimize the risk of costs in the event that you cannot travel or have to end your stay at Vintersol with short notice.
